1. How does this site work?
   Our homepage lists categories of inventory. These lists will evolve as we update the site. Clicking on a category will take you to a page of inventory in that category. If images are available a link will be obvious. After viewing an image return to the category page using your "back" button. Navigate back to the homepage to select a different category.
   
   
   
   
2. How do I place an order?
   Each item on a category page has a checkbox. Click the checkbox and that item will automatically be entered in the order form. Click on the "order" button before leaving the page and fill out the rest of the form. If you prefer you can manually input items on the form. Payment options are explained on the form.
   
   
3. How do I know that these prints and maps are authentic?
   We do not deal in reproductions of old prints and maps and we do warrant that they are what we say they are. We are as finicky as you are when we acquire inventory.
   
   
4. How accurate are the graphic images in this site?
   We have included as many images as possible, but, to keep file size as small as possible we have purposely used low resolution images. It is our intent that the images you see be representative of the artwork, but, color may not be exact. In some cases we have chosen to use details instead of complete images or have cropped off the margins. Upon request we will be happy to provide photocopies or answer specific questions.
   
   
   
   
5. How can I tell what the condition of a print or map is?
   We have tried to give a good description of overall condition and defects. It is definitely not our intent to obscure any defects, but, it is sometimes difficult to be scientifically accurate. We welcome your inquiries and will give as detailed a description as you require.
   
   
6. How accurate are measurements?
   All measurements are rounded up to the next nearest 1/4 inch. Measurements are paper size (not image size).
   
   
7. Can you accept orders from outside the U.S.?
   Yes, but please note: All prices are in U.S. Dollars and shipping and handling costs may have to be added.
   
   
   
   
8. Does Baldwins maintain "want lists"?
   Yes, please send us your lists.
